About Youth Agency Coaching
Our mission is to help young people identify and utilize the internal and external tools available to them to achieve their goals. We believe that positive identity development is an essential part of this process. By helping our clients become more aware of their natural strengths, interests, values, skills, and talents, we can support them in building a strong sense of self. It’s easy to focus on what we believe we’re lacking or what we perceive as our weaknesses. Our coaches work as accountability partners in focusing on existing strengths and building on them to plan and achieve goals in a non-directive person-centered way.
